The body works according to internal timetables, determined by a biological clock in our brain that generates circadian rhythms. And to be in good health it is essential for it to work properly. In today’s society, we do not always follow correct timetables, and the result is an increased risk of illness in the population.
Are the hours we keep suitable for our health? How can we help our body clock to work properly? What factors can upset it? In the context of the University of Barcelona’s Toc-Toc programme, Trinitat Cambras will talk to us about how we can stay healthy.
