Nutritionist, dietician and responsible for health and sustainability projects at the Alícia Foundation
She holds a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Pontificia Javeriana University of Colombia. She took two extension courses at the University of Barcelona (UB): History and Anthropology of Food, and Food and Culture, to complete her training with the European Biennial Master in History and Culture of Food (2008-2010). She has been a researcher at the Food Observatory ODELA in the R+D Project Food at school and its circumstances, in agreement with the Alícia Foundation.
Since 2011 she has been working at the Alícia Foundation. She has mainly coordinated the TAS program, for the intervention study of the nutritional status of adolescents in Spain and, since 2019, she is responsible for the sustainability project of the Alícia Foundation.
