In recent decades, there has been a significant increase in the consumption of organic food. These foods are associated with greater care for the environment and a healthier diet, both for the change in diet that usually goes with them and for their nutritional profile. But what scientific evidence is there about all this?
At this table we will discuss about organic food, the environmental, nutritional and health benefits it provides, and the perception that consumers have. We will invite a person who is not used to consuming organic products to take part in the debate and raise the questions that most interest citizens who are not familiar with this topic.
