As part of your consumption habits, do you usually look beyond the supermarket shelf and ask yourself where what you buy comes from, what ingredients it contains and what impact its production has on the environment? In this workshop, you will explore what you can do to make what you eat healthy and, at the same time, sustainable in terms of energy.
