Mónica Rikić

A new technologies artist, she focuses her practice in the code, electronics and analogue objects to create interactives framed as experimental games. From educational approaches to sociological experiments, her interest centres on the social impact of technology and the reappropriation of digital systems. She has participated in Ars Electronica, FILE, Japan MAFestival and Sónar, among other festivals, and has been resident artist at TAG Montreal, EMARE and AEC Futurelab. She has a grant from the BBVA Foundation.
