QUANTUM NOISE

The scientific discoveries at the beginning of the last century enabled us to conclude that not only we, but all the elements in the universe, are made of the same thing: atoms. A century later, we can ask ourselves: How can atoms be seen? What do they sound like? What can we do with them?

In this talk and audio-visual installation on quantum mechanics given by Osvaldo Jiménez Farias, accompanied with musical and visual compositions inspired on the main theme, we shall make an audio-visual immersion in the microscopic world and the rules of quantum mechanics that describe the movement of atoms, in collaboration with physicists, visual artists and musicians.
