Nat Prize award ceremony, which this year reaches its eighth edition and recognizes people who bring new perspectives to science communication. The event, hosted by RAC1 meteorologist Mònica Usart, will honor writer and popularizer Philip Ball, doctor in physics and author of more than twenty books that explore science and its interaction with disciplines such as art, history and philosophy. Ball, who was editor of the magazine Nature for two decades, will offer a talk on quantum physics after receiving the award. Previous winners include Frans de Waal, David Attenborough, Ann Druyan and Enric Sala.
