Audiovisual installation by Marie-France Veyrat reflecting on the relationship between machines, error, and beauty in the post-technological era. Composed of an assemblage of computer boards and obsolete electronic devices, the work generates deliberately imperfect images that question the notions of precision and excellence associated with today’s technological systems. Urbetronic transforms malfunction and imperfection into a poetic metaphor, challenging the blind trust placed in the perfection of machines.
