Polish trumpeter and improviser, best known for his work with the groups MIKROKOLEKTYW and ROBOTOBIBOK. He began his musical career playing piano but switched to trumpet at the age of 10. In 2002, he graduated from the Academy of Music in Katowice under the mentorship of trumpeter Piotr Wojtasik. Thanks to his exceptional artistic skills and his distinctive, original musical voice, Majewski has become one of Europe’s most compelling improvisers and has also drawn attention from the American jazz scene. He has performed with various groups and artists such as Rob Mazurek, Nicole Mitchell, and Fred Anderson. He has toured extensively across Europe, the United States, Japan, and Israel, and has released over 30 albums on labels including Delmark Records, Clean Feed, Not Two, Fundacja Słuchaj, Bolt, and Vytvornia OM.Ha actuado con diferentes grupos y con músicos como Rob Mazurek, Nicole Mitchell y Fred Anderson.
