Eduardo Reck Miranda

Composer and researcher, he holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where he was a pioneer in applying artificial intelligence to music and sound design. He has used AI to compose symphonies and an opera, and has collaborated with ensembles such as the BBC Concert Orchestra, the BBC Singers, the London Sinfonietta, and artist Jarvis Cocker. Recently, he was recognized by Forbes for Qubism (51beats, Milan), the first album composed using quantum computers. Since 2019, he has been fostering reflection on the impact of quantum computing on the music industry, giving talks at venues such as the Einstein Centre Digital Futures (Berlin), the Future Culture Summit (Saudi Arabia), and LOGIN 2024 (Lithuania)
