The ACTS Network is an initiative promoted by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), the new Hub of Art, Science and Technology of Barcelona, ​​Hac Te and the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation. Together with these institutions, the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB) and Hangar, Centre for Artistic Production and Research, form the Barcelona node -from where this network is promoted-, to which are added other nodes spread across Spain, such as Tabakalera in San Sebastian. The ACTS Network was born with the aim of creating a common space that makes possible a fluid environment of collaboration between artists, researchers and institutions that develop their activity at the intersections between art, science, technology and society.
