Marta P. Estarellas is the CEO of Qilimanjaro, a Barcelona-based quantum computing company developing practical technologies built on analog platforms. Under her leadership, the company has established itself as a European benchmark in the development of applied quantum solutions. Before leading Qilimanjaro, she worked as a researcher at the Global Centre for Quantum Information Science at Japan’s National Institute of Informatics in Tokyo. She holds a PhD in Physics from the University of York and has a multidisciplinary academic background that combines chemical sciences, theoretical physics, and computer engineering.
