A round table to reflect on scientific and social rigour versus the right to read and create. In classic tales we find approaches, characters, knots and outcomes that, nowadays, are considered politically incorrect or lacking in scientific rigour. Given this situation, should we stop reading them because they have become obsolete from an inclusive and gender perspective? Is it enough to contextualise them or should they be updated? Is it necessary to remove them from children's libraries? How do we strike the difficult balance between scientific accuracy and the art of storytelling?
