Dafna Feinholz Klip

Acting Director of the Division of Research, Ethics and Inclusion and Head of the Bioethics and Ethics of Science and Technology Section in the Social and Human Sciences Sector of UNESCO. She holds a PhD in Research in Psychology and a Master’s in Bioethics from the Complutense University of Madrid, and pursued specialized studies in bioethics and research ethics at the Harvard School of Public Health. She has served as Academic Coordinator of the National Human Genome Commission and Executive Director of the National Bioethics Commission of Mexico. At UNESCO, she leads international initiatives addressing the ethical challenges arising from scientific and technological advances, including the Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence and the forthcoming Recommendation on Neurotechnology.
