Dr. Omololu Akin-Ojo, inaugural and former director of the East African Institute for Fundamental Research (ICTP-EAIFR) and former associate scientist at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP). He is a fellow of the American Physical Society (APS). PhD in Physics from the University of Delaware, with years of teaching and research experience in the field of condensed matter physics and its applications for the development and progress of the African continent.
