Tamara Vázquez Schröder
Physicist and Ramón y Cajal researcher at the Institute for High Energy Physics (IFAE), where she leads the ATRAE 2024 grant. She holds a degree in Physics from the University of La Laguna (Tenerife) and earned her PhD in top-quark physics at the University of Göttingen (Germany). She has been a postdoctoral researcher at McGill University (Montreal), a Research Fellow, and a Research Junior Staff member at CERN (Geneva). Between 2022 and 2024, she led the exotic physics research program of the ATLAS Collaboration at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), and she currently serves as one of the coordinators of the LHC Beyond-the-Standard Model Working Group, dedicated to exploring new frontiers in particle physics
