The City and Science Biennial hosts the Barcelona premiere of The Green Divide, an interactive documentary about the impact of greening and redevelopment plans on neighbourhoods in six cities across Europe and North America.

The panel discussion following the screening of the film will include members of the Barcelona Lab for Urban Environmental Justice and Sustainability (BCNUEJ) research community, environmental justice activists from the United States and Barcelona, and filmmaker Alberto Bougleux, who have captured their work in a series of short documentaries. The speakers will discuss how they use science, social science and other strategies in the fight for environmental justice in their communities.
